Holland is Co-Founder of Nomadory, a design-driven rug company producing custom and small-batch rugs in collaboration with architects and designers.
After years of working closely with the team, Holland joined Nomadory as co-founder, bringing a curatorial perspective shaped by extensive brand-building experience within the design industry.
At Nomadory, Holland leads designer collaborations and collection development, working with designers to translate original ideas into rugs using traditional techniques and natural materials.
These initiatives have expanded Nomadory from a behind-the-scenes production partner into a design brand launching original collections, while continuing to support bespoke rugs for architectural and interior projects.
